Suunnittelussa käytettiin klubitalokonseptia, jolloin asunnonomistaja ja hänen perheensä voivat uppoutua lomatunnelmaan joka kerta kun he palaavat kotiin. Ainutlaatuiset ominaisuudet: The use of far-infrared wood flooring throughout the house allows the homeowner and his family to enjoy healthy vitality at all times by promoting metabolism and blood circulation. Long-term health promotion is integrated into the space through the most inconspicuous wood flooring materials. At the same time, the whole space uses low formaldehyde building materials and coatings, responding to the homeowner attitude towards land, humanism, and ecology. The artistic, contextual, and cultural values of the line and surface, and the dual concepts of healthy living and environmental protection are emphasized and put into practice
