Tietoa: Kaisa Yuebanshan Yhteisökeskus

Kaisa Yuebanshan on yhteisökeskus Zhongshanissa, Kiinassa. Rakennus kattaa 2100 neliömetriä ja jakautuu kahteen kerrokseen. Kolmikerroksinen massa yhdistää kaksi terassia, joiden korkeusero on noin neljä metriä. Suunnittelu ammentaa paikallisesta Lingnan-arkkitehtuurista, mukaan lukien sisäpihatilat ja kaarevat seinät. Kaarenmuotoiset valkoiset seinät toistuvat antaen julkisivulle pehmeän ja rytmikkään ilmeen. 12 metrin jänneväli ja 5 metrin uloke pitävät sisätilan avoimena. Muotoiluhaaste: Zhongshan Kaisa Yuebanshan Community Center creates a new space in terms of space. Tutkimus: The designers modernized the combination of the traditional Sishuiguitang patio space with the traditional elements of the Lingnan arc-shaped wok and translated it into the building to create the main shape element of the facade-the arc-shaped wall. The soft shape is in harmony with the mountains on the north and south sides. , And then arrange the array of arc-shaped walls to create a sense of rhythm in the space.
Inspiraatio: The designers have excavated the local culture of Zhongshan and absorbed the architectural layout and cultural connotation of the Chen Family Ancestral Hall. They hope that the Life Aesthetics Hall will also have a multi-dimensional space to accommodate the daily real public life of the crowd. Based on the warm climate of Lingnan, architecture and landscape are closely related.
Projektin kesto: The project started in March 2020 in Zhongshan and finished in April 2021 in Zhongshan.
Toimintaprosessi: The simple arc-shaped white wall encloses an independent display interface, which makes the building soft, supplemented by the faint lighting design, so that the whole picture has a sense of space and depth, and gives the building agile vitality.
