می واچ لی بای بسته‌بندی طراحی‌شده برای یک ساعت هوشمند است. جعبه از کاغذ ساخته شده و یک سینی خمیر کاغذ را در خود جای می‌دهد، بنابراین هیچ پلاستیکی به کار نرفته است. یک هولوگرام سه‌بعدی روی ناحیه صفحه ساعت در بسته‌بندی اعمال شده است. هنگامی که جعبه از زوایای مختلف مشاهده می‌شود، به نظر می‌رسد که موج‌های آب در حال جریان هستند. چاپ برجسته و یک جوهر ویژه، ظاهر و بافت صفحه و بند ساعت را بازآفرینی می‌کنند. ساعت به جای فرورفتگی، روی بخش برجسته‌ای از سینی قرار می‌گیرد، به طوری که ساعت به نظر شناور می‌آید. ابعاد بسته‌بندی ۲۹۵ در ۷۹ در ۴۹ میلی‌متر است.

With different viewing angles, the flow of water ripples appears. The box employs embossed printing skills and the special printing ink that make the box feels as real as the product itself. As the watch is not sunken into the pulp tray but raising from the surface, it seems the watch is floating on the box.

It is the first smart watch to run a customized version of Wear OS, and is referred as the smartphone-on-the-wrist by Xiaomi because of its ability to make calls by eSIM technology. Mi Watch has a dedicated app store, and is equipped with a 1.78-inch square-shaped AMOLED display screen. Moreover, with a built-in battery of 570 mAh, the watch can last up to 36 hours of service life by a single charge.
