درباره Tokyo کیف دستی (کلاچ)

توکیو یک کیف دستی است که از چرم گاو نپا با کیفیت بالا و دباغی معدنی ساخته شده است. سطح این کیف دارای طرحی سه‌بعدی به شکل لوزی است که به‌صورت دستی و قالب به قالب، با فرم‌های منفرد به جای ماشین‌آلات صنعتی، حکاکی برجسته شده است. این روش حکاکی برجسته باعث می‌شود چرم بدون درز دوخت باقی بماند، نرم و انعطاف‌پذیر باشد، در حالی که طرح برجسته به‌صورت دائمی حفظ می‌شود. آهن‌رباهای پنهان در دو طرف، زیپ را به‌آرامی شکل می‌دهند تا ظاهری تمیز و یکدست ایجاد شود. زیپ به‌صورت دستی از فلز قالب‌ریزی شده و با روکش کروم مشکی پوشش داده شده است. ابعاد این کیف دستی ۲۲ در ۷ در ۱۱ سانتی‌متر است.

ویژگی‌های منحصربه‌فرد: The trademark of the Tokyo Design Collection: the hand-embossed surfaces with 3D-diamond structure. The leather imprinting is not done in an industrial fashion but indeed handmade, purse-by-purse. Using a specific embossing method, the leather surface remains stitch free, soft and flexible at the same time. Every Bag has specials, so the Clutch: Hidden magnets on the side delicately shape the zipper for a perfect finish. The Tokyo Bags are multi-awarded and the design is protected.

فناوری تولید: When the few left over pleating factories in Germany advised Imme Vogel to give up her idea around new methods of leather pleating, she and her team decided to build their embossing molds themselves and tested different types and qualities of leather until the result met their expectations. von rauten uses single 3D Forms to emboss each leatherpart one by one. The zipper is from handcasted metal and black chromed, also a design by Imme Vogel. The Leather itself is high quality cow nappa, with a mineral tanning.
چالش طراحی: The leather should be both, stich free, soft and flexible, and the embossing permanent. This was the real challenge.
پژوهش: The research itself was very experimental. We want to create a new minimalist luxury with an iconic structure. The embossing could be different according to type of leather, its finish, thickness of leather, the humidity of the leather etc.
الهام: As Interior and product designer, Imme Vogel was sitting on a design for a round wall for a business building. Since Kindergarden, she was inspired by the japanese Origami and folded systems to create different shapes. She worked with paper to create a structure for this wall and thought, this could be a beautiful bag, too. That was the time, the idea around soft handfolded bags was born.
مدت زمان پروژه: Starts 2016 in Mannheim, we work a Year on the embossing, 2017 the first prototype of the Tokyo Collection - a Bowling Bag wins the Red Dot Award 2017. We create this Clutch at the end of 2017 and finished prototyping spring 2018. Then, the brand von rauten was founded by the designer, Imme Vogel to give the bags a name. This year in september 2019 the Clutch Bag Tokyo wins the 3rd place in BEST OF FASHION at ILM Offenbach.
