درباره Luzern لوازم آشپزخانه
لوسرن مجموعه‌ای از لوازم آشپزخانه است که برای پخت‌وپز روزمره طراحی شده است. هر ابزار به‌صورت یک قطعه یکپارچه ساخته شده که مراحل مونتاژ را حذف کرده و مصرف مواد و نیروی کار را کاهش می‌دهد. جنس این محصولات از پلی‌پروپیلن تقویت‌شده با الیاف شیشه است که به دلیل استحکام، دوام و ایمنی غذایی انتخاب شده است. این ابزارها تا دمای ۲۱۰ درجه سانتی‌گراد مقاوم در برابر حرارت هستند و در عین حال به اندازه‌ای نرم باقی می‌مانند که باعث خراش تابه‌ها و قابلمه‌های نچسب نشوند. ابعاد هر قطعه ۳۲۵ در ۱۱۰ در ۹۵ میلی‌متر است و وزنی بین ۳۸ تا ۵۸ گرم دارد. دسته‌ها به‌گونه‌ای طراحی شده‌اند که گرفتن راحتی را فراهم می‌کنند.

- LUZERN kitchen utensils are designed in the best tradition of Italian love for ergonomics and sensuousness. Entirely manufactured in Germany, this one-piece design saves on material and labor, while delivering a uniquely ergonomic experience. Each utensil is made of glass fiber-reinforced Nylon material, improving stiffness, while guaranteeing a high food safety standard. All tools are heat resistant up to 210 degrees Celsius.

- There was not much of a research challenge for this project since kitchen utensils have been around for a very long time. Also, in terms of manufacturing and materials, the choice to us glass-reinforced PP was straight forward. PP is commonly used, food-safe has excellent properties and reinforced with glass, has the stiffness needed for the job.

- The initial design phase was straight forward since the client knew exactly what kitchen utensils he wanted. We also knew from the beginning that we needed them to be in injection-molded plastic, requiring zero assembly steps.
Based on this simple design brief, we focused our research on different ergonomic handle options, while fine-tuning the material properties. It helped that the tooling and production would be handled in Germany, which is known for very high-quality manufacturing. - الهام
- In essence, our goal was to create a one-piece design for each utensil which would be stiff enough for daily use, while also being ergonomic in its use. Usually, this would not be much of a difficulty when using metal as a base material. But since this was supposed to be a budget-line of utensils, plastics were the obvious choice. To achieve stiffness while maintaining excellent ergonomics, we had to reinforce standard PP material with glass filler, while paying most attention to the sculpting.

- If you love to cook, you only want to use the best tools available. And if you own expensive non-stick pans and pots, then metal utensils are out of the question. Only soft kitchen utensils made of plastic or wood, help prevent scratches. But if you want something light, stiff, ergonomic and durable, then Luzern kitchen utensils are the right choice. Not only do they avoid scratching your expensive pans and pots, but they also fit perfectly in your hand.
