درباره Bailu طراحی داخلی مسکونی
بایلو یک طراحی داخلی مسکونی برای یک ویلای خصوصی در چنگدو است. ساختمان اصلی یک ویلای به سبک آمریکایی به مساحت ۶۶۰ متر مربع بود که چیدمان آن با عادت‌های زندگی مدرن صاحبان خانه هماهنگ نبود. فضا گسترش یافت و به یک ویلای مدرن و ساده به مساحت ۱۰۰۰ متر مربع بازسازماندهی شد، در حالی که نمای بیرونی اصلی حفظ گردید. به هر اتاق مساحتی متعادل‌تر داده شد و یک اتاق بیلیارد در طبقه پایین اضافه شد. از سنگ طبیعی، چوب یکپارچه و مرمر استفاده شده است. سطوح سفید و فضاهای باز، ویژگی آرام و هنری به فضای داخلی می‌بخشند.

The space is mostly made of natural wood, environmentally friendly solid wood, using composite flooring, Italian Caeser floor tiles, staircase floor using marble material, artificial stone, and inlaid with metal glass. Wall paint is clean and simple, no waste, no redundant decoration.

Through reasonable transformation and expansion, the designer expands the original 660_American villas to 1000_modern simple villas, making the villas more in line with the owners' modern life. Way. At the same time, the layout of each room tends to be rationalized. The landing of the whole project is required by the owner within 6 months. Through the efforts of the design team and the logistics team, the arduous task has been accomplished.

- Due to the positioning of the community is mainly focusing on the traditional American villa, the spatial structure of the community is quite different from the modern life style of the Chinese people. In order to solve this kind of problem, the designer made creative changes to the space with turning and transforming an originally 600 square meter hardcover American villa into a modern villa of 1000 square meters.

- Contemporary simple lifestyle and rhythm, as well as the real needs of the owners, are the source of inspiration for designers. Located in the south of Chengdu, Chengdu Lushan International Community is a well-known high-end villa area in Chengdu. It has good geographical advantages and hardware supporting facilities.
