درباره Fabricca Headbone سرپوش
هِدبون یک طراحی سرپوش پارچه‌ای سیم‌دار است که با بهره‌گیری از یک سیستم کنترل فرم داخلی یکپارچه، پوشش‌های سنتی سر را بازتعریف می‌کند. این طراحی امکان حفظ پایدار شکل را بدون نیاز به سنجاق، گره یا پیچش‌های پیچیده فراهم می‌کند و به کاربر اجازه می‌دهد به‌صورت شهودی فرم را شکل دهد و تنظیم کند. ساختار دورویه آن دو گزینه استایل متفاوت را در یک شیء واحد ارائه می‌دهد. هِدبون با ترکیب مهندسی کاربردی و زیبایی‌شناسی مجسمه‌گونه، رویکردی ماژولار، دردسترس و معاصر به طراحی سرپوش ارائه می‌دهد.

- Headbone is an innovative wired textile headwear design that integrates an internal form-control structure to enable shape retention without pins, knots, or complex wrapping. The two-sided construction offers dual styling options in a single product, allowing users to intuitively sculpt, restyle, and secure the form in seconds, transforming traditional headwear into a functional, modular, and sculptural fashion object.

- Headbone is a soft textile headwear product with a total length of 540 mm and a height of 290 mm. The flexible construction allows adaptive width and depth depending on styling and head size. An integrated internal shaping wire enables controlled form retention while maintaining lightweight comfort.

An internal non-breakable shaping wire is integrated into the structure and has undergone pressure and durability testing to ensure long-term form retention, flexibility, and user safety without compromising comfort

- The primary challenge was reinterpreting culturally rooted headwear into a contemporary, functional design without losing its symbolic value. Internally, the project addressed social inclusivity and dignity in relation to hair loss. Externally, challenges included developing a safe, durable shaping mechanism within textile constraints, sourcing sustainable materials, and ensuring compliance with production and safety standards while maintaining aesthetic integrity.

- Headbone was inspired by the sculptural elegance and cultural strength of African women colorful headwear traditions, combined with a functional intent to support women experiencing hair loss due to health conditions. The design emerged from research into form retaining textiles and inclusive fashion, aiming to offer a chic, dignified, and empowering alternative that unites aesthetics, comfort, and accessibility.
- مدت زمان پروژه
- The project started in April 2020 in Istanbul and was completed in July 2020. Headbone was first launched to the public through the brands official website in August 2020.
- فرایند عملیاتی
- Headbone operates through an intuitive interaction between the user and its integrated shaping wire. The wearer positions the textile over the head and gently bends the internal structure to sculpt see, secure, and adjust the desired form. The design maintains its shape without pins or knots, enabling rapid transformation, stable wear, and repeatable styling with minimal physical effort.
