درباره Velaria طراحی داخلی مسکونی
ولاریا یک اقامتگاه خصوصی دو طبقه در پنانگ مالزی با زیربنای ۴۸۰۰ فوت مربع است. فضاهای با پلان باز، سالن پذیرایی، بار و ناهارخوری را به هم پیوند می‌دهند، در حالی که سوئیت اصلی به عنوان خلوتگاهی خصوصی عمل می‌کند. سنگ مرمر ایتالیایی، چوب گردو و برنج، گرما و ظرافت را می‌آفرینند. یک بار مرکزی، محور گردهمایی‌های اجتماعی است و چشم‌انداز به سمت استخر، فضایی آرام و هتل‌مانند را ایجاد می‌کند. در این پروژه از کارهای چوبی سفارشی، مبلمان اختصاصی و سیستم‌های روشنایی یکپارچه استفاده شده است. یک پلکان معلق با نورپردازی حسگر حرکتی، دو طبقه را به یکدیگر متصل می‌کند.

- This luxurious private residence blends leisure and sophistication through refined spatial planning. It features open-plan zones, an integrated bar, and a private master suite. Rich materials like Italian marble, walnut, and brass create warmth and elegance. A central bar anchors social life, while views to the pool and curated art enhance a hotel like ambiance with seamless transitions between spaces.

European interior palettes inspired the rich materials, aiming for a timeless and elegant space.

The master bedroom is designed for retreat, while the public areas encourage gathering and celebration.
