متن کتاب: گرو تودر (Grow Together) یک پروژه مسکن خرد ماژولار است که به مسئله بی‌خانمانی در سیاتل می‌پردازد. این طراحی، سرپناه‌های فشرده و خارج از شبکه را در حیاط‌های پشتی مسکونی مستقر می‌کند و مسکنی موقت و نزدیک به محله‌های جاافتاده فراهم می‌آورد. هر واحد ابعادی معادل ۳۰۰۰ در ۶۰۰۰ میلی‌متر دارد و از چوب لایه‌ای متقاطع (CLT) و فولاد بازیافتی برای امکان مونتاژ سریع ساخته شده است. پنل‌های خورشیدی، سامانه تصفیه آب باران و توالت‌های کمپوست‌ساز، خودکفایی این واحدها را پشتیبانی می‌کنند. گلخانه‌های مشترک و فضاهای اجتماعی انعطاف‌پذیر نیز میزبان برنامه‌های باغبانی و مهارت‌آموزی هستند. چیدمان این پروژه ضمن حفظ حریم خصوصی، بازگشت اجتماعی ساکنان را نیز تشویق می‌کند.

Shared community hubs range from 20m² to 50m², integrating urban farming zones and flexible gathering spaces for reintegration programs.
