درباره Climate Center ساختمان عمومی
مرکز اقلیم یک ساختمان عمومی است که برای اداره حفاظت محیط‌زیست در یون‌لین تایوان طراحی شده است. این ساختمان دارای شش طبقه و یک طبقه زیرزمین است و مساحت کل آن حدود ۱۱٬۰۰۰ متر مربع می‌باشد. چیدمان L شکل، جریان باد را هدایت کرده و اثر جزیره گرمایی را کاهش می‌دهد. دفاتر کار بر اساس مفهوم استقرار سه‌بعدی طراحی شده‌اند، به‌گونه‌ای که واحدهای مستقل در اطراف اتاق‌های جلسات و فضاهای عمومی مشترک قرار گرفته‌اند. بتن مسلح، قاب‌های فلزی، چوب و فضای سبز عمودی، ساختار بنا را شکل می‌دهند. دیوار پرده‌ای شیشه‌ای نور روز را وارد فضا می‌کند و نیاز به نورپردازی مصنوعی را کاهش می‌دهد.

- The new building departs from rigid government architecture, drawing inspiration from settlements. Office spaces form interconnected communities with a multi-layered layout, allowing departments to function independently while sharing open areas that foster interaction. The L-shaped design optimizes wind flow, reducing energy use and ensuring adaptability. Beyond administration, it offers public spaces like an international conference hall and green plaza, fostering engagement. Inspired by farmland patterns, its structure and green walls blend with the rural landscape, creating a seamless visual connection amid urban growth.

- The building consists of six floors and one basement level, with a total floor area of approximately 11,000 square meters.
To ensure that the structure blends harmoniously with the surrounding rural landscape rather than appearing overly imposing, the L-shaped layout was strategically designed to channel wind flow and mitigate the heat island effect. Internally, the project adopts a 'three-dimensional settlement' concept, segmenting different office areas into relatively independent units while maintaining a core dedicated to shared meeting rooms and public activity spaces. - برچسب‌ها

- A major challenge was the uncertainty of urban development. With the High-Speed Rail Special Zone still evolving, architects designed a flexible, scalable L-shaped layout to adapt to future growth. Another challenge was balancing rural aesthetics with urban functions. Thoughtful architectural language ensures a seamless transition between tradition and modernity. Sustainability efforts, including zero-wastewater discharge and wind flow optimization, required extensive testing to achieve efficiency. The result is a forward-thinking design that harmonizes with its surroundings while remaining adaptable to future urban dynamics.
