مونلایت رِوِری ۷ ست چاقوی آشپزخانه‌ای است که برای آشپزهای خانگی و سرآشپزهای حرفه‌ای ساخته شده است. این ست کاربردهای برش، خرد کردن استخوان و پوست‌کندن را پوشش می‌دهد و چاقوها در پایه‌ای با شیارهای منظم نگهداری می‌شوند که سطح کانتر آشپزخانه را مرتب نگه می‌دارد. تیغه‌ها از فولاد 50Cr15MoV با پوشش پلی‌متیل‌سیلوکسان و فرآوری ضدمیکروبی ساخته شده‌اند که در برابر خوردگی و رشد باکتری مقاومت می‌کنند. پایه از پلاستیک PP و ABS ساخته شده، برای تمیز کردن قابل جداسازی است و شامل یک تیزکن، یک جای قیچی و یک کف تقویت‌شده برای پایداری است.
