درباره Serrated Transparency ساختمان اداری
ساختمان اداری در الینیکون با دید بی‌مانع به دریا واقع شده است. طرح کلی ساختمان شکل ذوزنقه‌ای را معرفی می‌کند که در سراسر سایت گسترش یافته و به گوشه برجسته آن می‌پردازد. فضا به‌مثابه میدانی از نیروها ادراک می‌شود که در آن فضای مشخص‌شده توسط سازمان راه‌راه‌دار نما به چالش کشیده می‌شود، با چشم‌اندازهای به سوی دریا و جهت‌یابی خورشید هدایت می‌گردد و در نتیجه به بیانی ظریف از پویایی‌های پیچیده میان آنها منجر می‌شود. این مفهوم سطوح صاف و راه‌راه‌دار را در حوزه‌ای وسیع‌تر مورد بررسی قرار می‌دهد، همراه با درجات متفاوت شفافیت که توسط نمای اصلی دندانه‌دار القا می‌گردد.

- The office building is located in Ellinikon facing Vouliagmenis Avenue with unobstructed views of the sea. The context is formed of new and older office and residential buildings, lacking architectural significance, and the local grain is relatively loose where the buildings have a lot of breathing space within their sites and significant green areas.

- The design approach for the proposed building is simple for the overall massing yet quite complex as the architectural intention entails a specific method for the development of the facade. The building outline introduces a simple geometry, that of a trapeze, which expands over the whole site and addresses the prominent corner. Clean lines for the floor layouts are proposed, perforated by a centrally positioned atrium. The smoothness of the plan is juxtaposed by the striation of the facade.
