درباره In Between Octaves خانه رامن ژاپنی
این پروژه طراحی، عناصر شرقی را در یک مرکز خرید غربی‌شده ادغام می‌کند. پالت رنگی کلی فضا عمدتاً بر پایه سفید و بافت چوبی است. آرایه‌ای از فانوس‌های خوشنویسی دست‌نویس برای قاب‌بندی آشپزخانه باز و فضاهای صرف غذا، همچون یک پارتیتور موسیقی به‌کار رفته است. سرآشپزهای رامن با روح ایشوکنمی آشپزی می‌کنند. از لحظه ورود به صف تا پایان وعده غذایی، مهمانان عشق خود به رامن و تسوکِمِن را ابراز می‌کنند، درست همچون ملودی زیبایی که در فضا طنین‌انداز می‌شود. نت‌های موسیقی به‌طور پیوسته، فضای ژاپنی معاصر را با موسیقی متن در میان پارتیتورهای فضایی اجرا می‌کنند.

- In a westernized shopping mall, we incorporate oriental elements into the space.
Through architectural manipulation technique, a grid sequence is created where the central axis runs through the space, creating a relationship between the new and old parallel axes. An array of hand-written calligraphy lanterns is used to frame the outer kitchen and dining areas like a musical score.
Notes continuously perform the contemporary Japanese space with sound tracks between the spatial scores. - ابعاد و بسته‌بندی

- We made the following attempts to visualize the spatial atmosphere we want to convey:
1. Open kitchen bar with sliding window

- We must complete the construction within 45 days to catch up with the Christmas events in the area where the restaurant is located.

- The ramen shop owner insists on using natural ingredients such as pork bones to cook the secret soup every week, in order to let gourmets taste the delicious soup.
The owner told us, when we think back to eating ramen in Japan, we remember how lucky we were to get seats at the counter. The way they shook the noodles, accompanied by their spirited shouts, made us even more excited for the ramen to be served.

- When customers enter the store, you can observe the ramen chef's preparation process due to the open kitchen. The sound of the ramen chef shaking the noodles and his spirited shouting make people look forward to the ramen being served.
The inner and outer kitchens form an O-shaped circulation line through two food delivery ports, allowing for smooth execution of food preparation, soup making, meal delivery, recycling, and cleaning.
