درباره Billund آسیاب ادویه

بیلوند آسیابی است که برای ادویه‌های کامل و مخلوط‌های چاشنی طراحی شده است. تیغه آسیاب در قسمت بالا قرار گرفته، به همین دلیل آسیاب هنگام استفاده وارونه می‌شود و هیچ باقی‌مانده‌ای روی میز به جا نمی‌گذارد. پیچ تنظیمی در قسمت بالا، درجه درشتی آسیاب را تعیین می‌کند. یک درپوش سیلیکونی در قاعده، امکان پر کردن آسان با ادویه‌ها یا مخلوط‌های مختلف را فراهم می‌سازد. بدنه به‌طور کامل از یک زیست‌کامپوزیت متشکل از الیاف سلولز چوب و روغن‌های استخراج‌شده از خمیر چوب در فرآیند کاغذسازی ساخته شده است. طراحی رنگارنگ آن از بلوک‌های ساختنی الهام گرفته شده است.

ویژگی‌های منحصربه‌فرد: The Billund grinder is an upside-down grinder that does not leave any residues on the table. It has a silicone plug at the bottom that makes it easy to fill up with any spices or blends you love using.
The Billund series is a fun, playful design inspired by the colourful building blocks of Denmark.
The housing of the Billund grinder is made entirely of a sustainable bio-composite.

The material comes from a combination of wood cellulose fibres and the oils that are squeezed out of wood pulp when making paper.
All of this ‘raw material’ wood can be traced back to sustainably managed forests and is actually ‘waste’ from other industries.
I am proud to use a low carbon footprint alternative to traditional plastic that doesn’t interfere with any food-production chain, unlike crop-based biomaterials.
الهام: This grinder was made to inspire people to use more whole spices and different seasonings. Instead of having jars of different spices, why not have grinders? The idea was to inject more fun, playfulness and colour into a product that, traditionally, has a very different design language.
The colour palette was chosen by Danish designers, Stilleben, to reflect the wonderful colours of ingredients found in the kitchen.
It was important to use a responsible and sustainable approach to developing the product. Therefore, we used a ceramic grinder inside the product and a bio-composite housing.
مدت زمان پروژه: The project started in Copenhagen in March 2021 and is now in production.
فرایند عملیاتی: This is called an upside-down grinder as the grinding burr is at the top of the product. This means you need to pick up the product and turn it upside-down when using. The benefit to this is that there are no residues left on the table when you put it down/lift it up. Also, it means that the coarseness adjustment is an easily accessible user friendly 'knob' on top of the product.
