آستی گاراک یک اقامتگاه جمع و جور سطح بالا است که به تغییرات سبک زندگی در کره پاسخ می دهد. این پروژه ای است که با هدف غلبه بر محدودیت های مکانی محصولات مسکونی کوچک با قیمت پایین موجود و توسعه کارکردها و طرح ها برای مصرف کنندگان با درآمد بالا است. محصولی را طراحی کرد که دیدگاه عملکردی و زیبایی شناختی را با یک طرح واحد که می تواند مطابق با سبک زندگی تغییر کند و مواد تکمیلی که دیدگاه زیبایی شناختی را برجسته می کند، برآورده می کند.

- Asty Garak is a high-end compact residence that responds to lifestyle changes in Korea. It is a project that aims to overcome the spatial limitations of existing low priced small residential products and to develop functions and designs for high income consumers. It planned a product that satisfies the functional and aesthetic perspective with a unit layout that can be transformed according to the lifestyle and a finishing material that highlights the aesthetic perspective.

- The columnar structure considering sustainability is designed to be able to cope with future scalability and changes. GFRC, which constitutes the exterior, is a technology manufactured through a mold and synthesizes concrete and glass fibers to implement a system with a durability of 100 years in design. The interior design of the unit was carried out with a new configuration considering openness and scalability, away from the existing residence framework using smart glass technology.

It overcomes the physical limitations of space, provides high-end space for the high cost, high income class through economic, cultural, artistic approaches. - The project started with a site called Garak in Seoul. Unlike in the past, Garak was a safe place due to the flooding of the Hangang River. Considering the regional characteristics of preventing external waves, the elevation design was designed with the motif of the columnar joint. In addition, it borrowed the form of curves and waves of freedom in the intangible meaning of "joy" in the name of the melody to draw sympathy from users by designing the main entrance and community.
