درباره Karloca هتل
کارلوکا هتلی است که به‌عنوان مرکزی برای برگزاری کنفرانس و سلامتی برای مسافران تجاری و خانواده‌ها طراحی شده است. این ساختمان هفت طبقه دارد و مساحت خالص آن ۱۵,۰۰۰ متر مربع است که شامل یک لابی، یک بار، یک فضای سلامتی، یک فضای سونا و اتاق‌های مهمان می‌شود. کارکردهای عمومی در یک فضای باز بزرگ مشترک قرار گرفته‌اند که در آن تغییرات ظریف در مصالح، مرز هر فضا را مشخص می‌کند. یک توده مجسمه‌گونه در لابی به‌عنوان یک کافه ترکی عمل می‌کند و یادآور تاریخ محلی است. مصالح خام و بومی نمای بیرونی را شکل می‌دهند و سطوح شیشه‌ای بزرگ فضاهای داخلی را روشن نگه می‌دارند.

- ویژگی‌های منحصربه‌فرد
- The main goal was to create a conference and wellness centre suitable for businessmen and families. Community functions are accommodated in a large space with an organic flow in which the boundaries of each area are indicated by subtle changes of the material used. In the lobby of the hotel, a sculpture-like mass has been placed in a space. In terms of its function, the place serves as a Turkish cafe and has been created to symbolize the local historic past as embedded in a design concept.

- فناوری تولید
- BIM technology was applied in the planning process, based on British Standard Institute's ISO certification of Lima Architecture and Interior Design. Raw and native-born materials were used primarily, to fit the natural environment, this reflects on the building's external cladding as well. The reflection and ambient of the hotel is designed to fit to a close-to-nature world, with a twist of using high quality materials only, natural colours and shapes.

- It was very important to find the right, high-quality materials to further elevate the quality of the building.

- During the design phase the demand was raised that the hotel's lobby should also function as a meeting point for the businessmen staying here who, occasionally, can even hold their meetings and customer receptions here as well.

- We wanted to use the beauty of nature and create a hotel where guests could relax in a pleasant environment. The hotel has been designed with high quality materials.

- The planning process started in 2020 in Budapest and we got the construction permit in 2021 in Serbia, Karlovci. The town of Sremski Karlovci is located in Vojvodina, Serbia.
- فرایند عملیاتی
- The goal was to definitively have a central core, a lobby, and that the community and private functions should appear clearly separated from each other. Thus the functional units have been combined with visual solutions. The use of huge glass surfaces has allowed the areas to become particularly bright and sunny.
