درباره Casa Della Quercia ویلای تک‌خانواری
کازا دلا کوئرچا ویلایی تک‌خانواری است که بر روی زمینی مشرف به منظره در دامنه تپه‌ای با درختی بلوط چند صد ساله ساخته شده است. تنها طبقه روی زمین با مساحت ۱۰۵ متر مربع شامل دو اتاق خواب، یک آشپزخانه، یک نشیمن بزرگ و دو حمام است. استخر شنا در حیاطی سرپوشیده در پشت بنا قرار گرفته که دارای اقلیمی خرد و مناسب برای فصل‌های میانی سال است، به‌گونه‌ای که چمن جلوی بنا همچنان باز و بدون سرپوشش باقی می‌ماند. یک شفت مرکزی نور و هوا را به فضاهای زیرزمین می‌رساند. دیوارها با ضخامت ۵۳ سانتی‌متر و ۱۶ سانتی‌متر عایق‌کاری ساخته شده‌اند و یک پمپ حرارتی سیستم گرمایش و سرمایش کف را تأمین می‌کند. بام تخت نیز نگهداری بنا را ساده‌تر می‌کند.

- Land well exposed and panoramic with a centuries-old oak. To reduce summer radiation, the large windows have a custom designed sliding dark wood system. There is also a sunscreen on the southwestern facade.

- The Italian rationalist houses of the thirties were the inspiration behind the design. The simple volume has been designed to avoid thermal dispersions. The flat roof allows for easy maintenance. The careful study of the interiors has allowed the creation of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room, 2 bathrooms in just 105 m2. Large windows for a feeling of continuity between inside and out. On one side the panorama and on the other a vast sheltered space.
