آریس-آی‌دی‌سی یک ربات بازرسی است که برای مراکز داده بزرگ توسعه یافته است. این ربات به‌صورت خودکار در اتاق داده حرکت می‌کند و تجهیزات، صدا، گاز و دما را به‌صورت هم‌زمان پایش می‌کند. یک دوربین زاویه‌باز با وضوح بالا سرورهای هر کابینت را ثبت می‌کند و نرم‌افزار تشخیص تصویر، چراغ‌های نشانگر را با تنظیمات از پیش تعیین‌شده مقایسه می‌کند تا وضعیت عملکرد را تشخیص دهد. نتایج در یک سیستم مدیریت نرم‌افزاری نمایش داده می‌شود و خطاها بی‌درنگ به کارکنان نگهداری گزارش می‌شوند. بازرسی مداوم و بدون سرنشین، کارهای دستی سنگین را در مراکز داده دورافتاده کاهش می‌دهد.

- At present, the construction period of large-scale idcs is about 1-2 years and these data centers are usually located in remote areas. Thus It is difficult to recruit technical personnel for daily inspection, operation and maintenance. Besides the labor cost and employee turnover rate is high. There are problems such as inadequate and inaccurate inspection in manual inspection process which lacks of data management and data application.

This robot, equipped with high-definition wide-angle camera, checks the image of the server in the cabinet. The central processing server intelligently recognizes the images and compares it with the preset configuration information to diagnose the running status of internal server in the cabinet. The central processing server needs to quickly identify various of image information correctly that can be a static image such as whether a light is on, or whether a yellow light is on, or a dynamic image such as whether a yellow light is flashing, etc. Finally, the results are displayed through the robot business system and the error results are sent back to the operation and maintenance personnel right away.
