درباره Bradco کارکرد اصلی: ساختمان کارخانه
متن کتاب: برادکو یک ساختمان صنعتی است که برای تولید بند ساعت و کالاهای چرمی لوکس در کاستلو د پایوا، پرتغال طراحی شده است. این کارخانه بر مبنای نور طبیعی برنامه‌ریزی شده است. چندین نورگیر سقفی بر روی بام قرار گرفته‌اند تا فضای تولید برای کارکنان روشن باقی بماند. سنگ منطقه‌ای در نمای بیرونی، در کنار شیشه و فولاد، به‌کار رفته است تا ساختمان را به بستر و زمینه‌اش پیوند دهد. سطوح شیشه‌ای بزرگ شفافیتی میان فضای داخلی و منظر پیرامون پدید می‌آورند. این پروژه بین سال‌های ۲۰۱۹ و ۲۰۲۰ اجرا شده است.

- Bradco was a huge creative challenge for EM Paralelo. It was a very attractive architectural project due to its industrial characteristics and for being able to combine a factory in such a beautiful landscape. Representing Bradco in Portugal was a source of pride. Being able to contribute to the growth of the factory and the number of jobs was very challenging.
