این پروژه در مرکز جدید Guanhu، منطقه Longhua، شنژن واقع شده است. این مکان جامعی است که پارک ورزشی، سالن بدنسازی، مرکز فرهنگی، کتابخانه، گالری هنری، سالن کنسرت و تئاتر بزرگ را با مساحت کل ساخت 75000 متر مربع یکپارچه کرده است. این طرح قوانین متعارف زندگی را زیر پا می گذارد و تنوع زندگی بیشتری را نشان می دهد. اتصال فضاهای بزرگ با خطوط مستقیم همراه با خطوط شکسته و منحنی ها به عنوان بدنه اصلی انجام می شود که منعکس کننده فضای ریتمیک و نمادهای نفوذ است.
