بگذارید والدین بمانند حروف‌نگاری‌ای است که بر پایه گلدوزی سنتی هان طراحی شده و هدف از آن حمایت از روستایی فقیرنشین است. روستای جینلینگ خانه بیش از دو هزار کودکی است که والدینشان برای کار به شهرها مهاجرت کرده‌اند و بسیاری از ساکنان در هنر گلدوزی هان مهارت دارند. محصولات گلدوزی محلی به دلیل آنکه طرح‌هایشان طی صد سال تغییر چندانی نکرده بود، فروش کمی داشتند. عناصر کلاسیک گلدوزی انتزاعی شده و به شکل حروف مدرن بازسازی شدند تا گلدوزان محلی بتوانند آن‌ها را با دست بدوزند. هدف این پروژه ایجاد درآمد و انتقال این هنر دستی به نسل امروز از طریق زبانی بصری و مدرن است.

- Jinling Village is a poverty-stricken village with More than 2,000 “left-behind” children. When the designer got there, he was surprised to find that all the local people had mastered certain Han Embroidery skills, but their product not sell well because of the old fashion style. So he worked with the Hubei Han Embroidery Association to help revive the local Han Embroidery culture.

- Here is a breakdown of several classic elements from traditional Chinese embroidery patterns. They are abstracted according to modern aesthetics, to reconstruct classic elements, bring out the culture hidden behind the patterns, to master the unchangeable pattern combinations of traditional Chinese embroidery, and produce a brand-new visual language. Creating a typeface composed of extracted Han Embroidery elements and ask the local poverty-stricken embroidery workers to embroider the letters of this font through the techniques of Han Embroidery.

- Like most handicrafts, Han embroidery has several problems, for example, a long production cycle, a long time cost, low economic benefit, and poor quality. Also, the traditional Han Embroidery patterns have undergone little to no innovation over the past hundred years, so they can’t meet standards of the modern aesthetic, resulting in low consumer recognition.
