درباره Co-real Smart Home فروشگاه پرچمدار
کو-ریل خانه هوشمند یک ساختمان فروشگاه پرچمدار و اداری در هانگژو، چین است. این پروژه ۱۸۰۰ متر مربعی، بازسازی یک کارخانه ساده است. با ساختمان همچون یک جعبه سفید برخورد شده که حجم‌های متمایزی در اطراف یک حیاط مرکزی چیده شده‌اند و به آن هویتی روشن در میان محیط پیرامونش می‌بخشد. یک آتریوم بلند، تالار عمومی را می‌گشاید که مرکز گردش افقی و عمودی را شکل می‌دهد. طبقه اول شامل یک نمایشگاه محصول و اتاق‌های نمونه است که در آن‌ها هر یک از سیستم‌های خانه هوشمند قابل تجربه است. طبقه دوم یک فضای اداری جامع است.

The public hall is the center of the plane and vertical moving lines. The designer makes a high atrium to open the space, presenting a grand and transparent view. - مدت زمان پروژه

- Step 1: the preliminary planning and design of space plane;
Step 2: draw the detailed space design scheme;;
Step 3: the owner confirms the overall design scheme;
Step 4: draw construction drawings and confirm the list of building materials and furniture;
Step 5: deliver the construction drawings.
