درباره MGY Base ساختمان اداری
MGY Base یک ساختمان اداری برای یک برند پوشاک در توکیو، ژاپن است. طراحی این پروژه بر پایه ایده یک پایگاه مخفی است که افراد مایل به گردهم آمدن در آن هستند. طبقه اصلی ارتفاعی معادل ۶ متر دارد و نمای شیشه‌ای بزرگ آن، حسی از یک فضای نیمه‌بیرونی را القا می‌کند. توری سیمی در فضای زیرشیروانی، نورپردازی با سبک صنعتی، و تجهیزاتی که از آهن و داربست ساخته شده‌اند نیز همین مضمون را تقویت می‌کنند. این ساختمان دارای سازه بتن مسلح است و مساحت کل زیربنای آن ۱۲۴ متر مربع می‌باشد. فضای داخلی باز آن با هدف تشویق ارتباطات و ایجاد محیطی راحت برای کار طراحی شده است.

MGY Base is an apparel brand office situated in Tokyo. The main floor is 6m high and its huge glass facade gives the impression of semi-outdoor space. Wire mesh used in the loft, industrial taste lighting, iron and scaffold used fixtures, and other details represent the secret base the client asked for. - ابعاد و بسته‌بندی

- Efficiency from the management perspective, offices are increasingly being consolidated into urban areas and are expanding in size. At the same time, more and more start-up companies and companies with an awareness of design management are creating unique offices with an emphasis on quality and design. Against this backdrop, the COVID-19 has called into question the meaning of the office. This was an opportunity to rethink the meaning of working and gathering in one place.
