درباره Hongyang Kaisa Riverside Mansion مرکز فروش
عمارت کنار رودخانه هونگ‌یانگ کایسا (Hongyang Kaisa Riverside Mansion) یک مرکز فروش به مساحت ۶۹۷ متر مربع در نانجینگ، چین است. فضای داخلی از مضمون «بازگشت چهار آب به تالار» پیروی می‌کند که در آن آب باران از سقف شیب‌دار از تمام جهات به سمت یک حیاط مرکزی جاری می‌شود. چیدمان از سقف‌های متوالی خانه‌های سنتی جیانگ‌نان الهام گرفته و خرد شرقی را از طریق روش‌های مدرن بیان می‌کند. مصالح شامل شبکه‌های فلزی با نقوش چینی، آجرهای شیشه‌ای، سنگ و یک دیوار پرده‌ای شیشه‌ای است. نور خورشید از میان نورگیر سقفی، بازی متغیری از نور و سایه ایجاد می‌کند.
