بالمی لیوینگ (Balmy Living) یک طراحی داخلی برای آپارتمانی مسکونی است. فضای عمومی به گونه‌ای بازچینی شد که نور روز فراوان و منظره‌ای باز به دست آید. اتاق خواب اصلی که پیش‌تر رو به شمال بود، اکنون رو به جنوب قرار گرفته است. درهای روکش‌دار با تیتانیوم، دیوار اصلی منظره را شکل می‌دهند و بر روی ریلی کشویی و تاشو با ظرفیت باربری ۳۰۰ کیلوگرم حرکت می‌کنند. بازشوهای بازرسی با رنگ طلایی-صورتی (رزگلد) پوشش داده شده‌اند تا نگهداری آن‌ها ساده باقی بماند. در نشیمن، دیواری قوسی‌شکل برای تلویزیون با سنگ و ورق لمینیت پوشانده شده است. بخش ناهارخوری نیز می‌تواند برای تعداد متفاوتی از افراد، از نظر اندازه تنظیم شود.

With their load capacity up to 300 kg of the foldable sliding track, the titanium plated doors integrated as the main vista wall, as well as the inspection openings embellished with the rose gold paint are artistically all-inclusive and functionally handy for maintenance.

In this master bathroom, the 120*60 big silver fox granite wall bricks and the honeycomb bricks decorated on the walls and floor make the master bathroom gorgeous and easy to clean.

- In the master bedroom, the big brick wall alongside the headboard composed of the materials can effectively absorb sound and preserve the proper humidity in the room. At the other side of the bed, the grille sliding door delicately concealing the TV wall exposes the simple and fashionable style. Additionally, the aligned layout of the bathroom and dressing room keep these two areas with the proper daylight and air quality.

- The line of vision is accentuated in the living room, where the arc TV wall decorated with the stone and the laminate hard plastic sheet manifests the natural charisma. The guest restroom and the storage room are hidden behind the sliding laminate hard plastic sheet door. The sleek lines of the sofa and the ceiling agreeably correspond to the perfect curvature of the TV wall.
