Toromac مخصوصاً با ظاهری قدرتمند خود طراحی شده است تا روشی جدید برای مصرف آب پرتقال تازه فشرده شده به ارمغان آورد. ساخته شده برای حداکثر استحصال آب ، آن را برای رستوران ها ، کافه تریا ها و سوپر مارکت ها تهیه کرده و طراحی برتر آن با استفاده از طعم ، سلامتی و بهداشت ، تجربه ای دوستانه را ارائه می دهد. این سیستم نوآورانه ای دارد که میوه را به صورت عمودی برش می دهد و با فشار چرخشی نیمی از آنها را فشرده می کند. این بدان معنی است که حداکثر عملکرد بدون فشار یا لمس پوسته حاصل می شود.

The vertical cut system allows maximum profitability with an authentic flavor without touching the fruit. In addition, its various sensors (supply, counter, use and disposal) have made the product the safest on the market, also guaranteeing minimal maintenance.

We collect all data through an immersive process including consumer, designers and multidisciplinary teams (marketing, engineer, sustainability, anthropology). Objectives: Bring innovation and differentiation to this market in Brazil and Latin America. Method: Consumer-Centric Insights with Design based approach to solving problems. The method steps were: Research (map/understand), Conceptualize (alternative generation), Visualize (renderings), Realize (prototype) and Implement.

- Inspired by commercial use (restaurants, coffee shop, hotel, small supermarkets), which needs high productivity in an uncomplicated way, increasing the profitability of the business without investing in labor. Therefore, its design reflected robustness and strength, combined with good usability in operation, disassembly and cleaning. The equipment has an easy-to-use panel, which includes a fruit counter, continuous or batch operation, energy saving mode, easy disassembly and full trash indicator.

- The project has started in June 2019 and finished in December 2019. All project and development has been made in Brazil.
- فرایند عملیاتی
- the interaction follows this:
1. supply the upper reservoir;
2. turns the product on by pressing the start button;
3. choose the mode (continuous, glass or jar);
4. the product starts to cut and squeeze the oranges automatically;
The natural juice can be poured directly over the glass or jar or can be stored in a larger reservoir. The machine process con be interrupted any time, pressing the emergency button. The removable trash has 7L capacity and a sensor indicates the cleaning time. - ثبت اختراع‌ها
