کتاب‌فروشی یاپی یک فضای داخلی چندمنظوره برای کتاب‌فروشی در تایپه، تایوان است که مساحتی ۴۵۰ متر مربع را در بر می‌گیرد. این فضا برای مطالعه، نمایش فیلم، سخنرانی و اجرای موسیقی استفاده می‌شود. تیرها و ستون‌های بزرگ ساختمان قدیمی همچون قاب‌های دوربین در نظر گرفته شده‌اند که نگاه‌ها را در میان اتاق‌ها هدایت می‌کنند. کتاب‌های قدیمی، آجر، آهن، قاب‌های پنجره کهنه و بتن با هم ترکیب شده‌اند، به‌گونه‌ای که سطوح کهنه و نو بدون مرزی مشخص به یکدیگر می‌رسند. یک دیوار کتاب قرمز بازدیدکنندگان را در سراسر فضای داخلی هدایت می‌کند. بازشوهای کوچک در دیوارها نور روز را به درون می‌آورند و صحنه‌ای بلند مرز میان اجراکنندگان و تماشاگران را محو می‌کند.
