درباره Aqua طراحی منظر

آکوا یک طرح منظر برای یک سایت مسکونی جدید در ازمیر، ترکیه است. این پروژه حدود ۱۲٬۸۰۰ متر مربع مساحت دارد و به سه بخش تقسیم می‌شود: یک منطقه میانی، یک منطقه صخره‌ای پرشیب و یک منطقه تجاری در نمای جلویی. این طرح از کاربری چندمنظوره پشتیبانی می‌کند و پذیرای ساکنان و بازدیدکنندگان با سنین مختلف است. متریال‌هایی با سختی متفاوت متناسب با فعالیت‌های برنامه‌ریزی‌شده برای هر منطقه انتخاب شده‌اند. فرم‌ها، رنگ‌ها و بافت‌های متضاد، مناطق را از هم جدا کرده و مناظر چشم‌انداز را غنی می‌بخشند. آب به عنوان عنصری محوری در فضای سبز مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است.

ویژگی‌های منحصربه‌فرد: Aqua is a Lanscape Project of a new residential site located in İzmir, Turkey. İn this area, social diversity is a great opportunity for bringing a different joy to people of different age.The ambition has been to create an inclusive and democratic space, welcoming the residents and visitors alike. One of the main aspect is to have multifunctional use and divide the area in a useful way.The design brightens the space with using vivid colors and organically combines the characteristic landscape.
ابعاد و بسته‌بندی: Aqua is a Project which has approxemetly 12 thousand 800 square meters of landscape area. It’s divided into 3 different parts. Such as; middle part, the cliffy prow part and the commercial part in the front facade.

فناوری تولید: As materials; we designed different hardnesses of materials in different types of usage to fit the activities planned to take place on them. With using contrast forms, colors and textures we divided the area and it also gave richness to the landcape scenes.
چالش طراحی: Our Aqua project is mostly designed according to customers’ needs while adding a plus value to what realty offered. So it has to be suitable for diverse age groups and social status. Designing different parts of the site and dividing them into types of usage was our main challenge.
الهام: Our ultimate goal is to change the area to a living space with combining also company’s ideals by turning them into inviting, inclusive green area where site residents can gather together. For us, people are the most important presence in the communal landscape. The project was designed with the wishes and needs of the people who will live on the site in mind. Our Aqua project is divided into different sections accoring to needs of people who will use the area.
مدت زمان پروژه: The architectural project started in April 2017, but landcape and garden part still under construction. Aqua located in the west of Turkey, İzmir. İzmir is a city which is surronded by the sea, unfortunately , aqua project isn't near to the sea at all. So, we tried to create a space which has water element as a feeling and also in reality.
