Strolling Etxebizitza Barrualdeko Diseinua Diseinuari Buruz

Strolling Taipeiko auzo bateko etxebizitza baten barrualdeko diseinua da. Banaketa hiru zati berdinetan egiten da, 115 metro koadro bakoitzak: lorategi bat, solairu publiko bat eta goiko solairu pribatu bat logelentzat. Eskailerak eremu publikoaren eta pribatuaren arteko muga markatzen du. Eskaileraren beheko zatia marmolez egina dago, harkaitza eta sendotasuna iradokitzeko, eta goiko zatia, aldiz, 9 milimetroko altzairuzko U itxurako xaflez egina dago, sabaitik zintzilik. Eskala, forma, materiala eta itzala erabiltzen dira natura hurbileko espazio lasai eta erosoa sortzeko.

Strolling Etxebizitza Barrualdeko Diseinua Brontzezko Saria A' Design Award irabazlea da, sormenak, asmamenak eta zorroztasunak bereizten dituzten diseinu bikainei ematen zaien aitorpen oso prestijiotsua. Brontze-mailako irabazleak trebetasunez beteriko eta nabarmenki sortzaileak diren artefaktuak dira, beren diseinatzaileen esperientzia zabala, irudimena eta ekimena egiaztatzen dutenak. Strolling Etxebizitza Barrualdeko Diseinua oso estimatua, miretsia eta maitea den objektua izatea espero da, nabarmenki profesionala eta berritzailea dena. Brontzezko Saria A' Design Award irabazi duen diseinu honek artearen, zientziaren, diseinuaren eta teknologiaren praktika onenak biltzen ditu eta xehetasunei ematen dien arretagatik bikaina da. Strolling Etxebizitza Barrualdeko Diseinua beharrak bikain asetzen dituen, desirak ukitzen dituen, sentimenduak xarmatzen dituen eta jakin-mina erakartzen duen lana da.

Propietate Bereziak: The design is trying to find the relationship between space and environment, thus they called Find In Between. 1/3 courtyard with 1/3 public space and 1/3 private space. The house is in suburb which has a natural and greenish courtyard. Through their intent concept and using diversity material, they try to communicated with nature to find an appropriate image can illustrate Nature. By using scale,form,material and shadow,people can feel thick,light,bright and deep when they are walking or seating in the house to enjoy a quiet and coziness space.
Neurriak eta Ontziratzea: Ground floor : 115 square meters.
First floor : 115 square meters.

Produkzio Teknologia: In order to express the status between public of ground floor and the privacy of first floor, the designer chose two different materials to present both of them have difference via in materials. The lower half stairs used marble to present rocks,original and wilderness while the upper part illustrated light and penetrate which shows obvious difference and contrast. The stairs used suspension system to replace load bearing system or cantilever system which was also a challenge for designer.
Diseinu Erronka: The stair is the main point in this project.It also play an important role divide public and private space.The stairs were made of two parts.It indicated the boundary about public and private area.The upper part is made by U-shaped steel plates which hang on from first floor celling:the lower parts is made by marble on the ground.They represent "light" and "heavy",the upper part seems like ribbon drop from sky compared with lower part is sedate and solid,even though they show different characteristic but have the commonality on form which is the dividing line.
Ikerketa: The stairs was also a challenge for designer on structure system.
The thickness of U-shaped steel plate is 9 millimeter, the longest suspension element of these has 5.3 meters. Handrail increased the stability and safety, it through many tests to find appropriate location.
Inspirazioa: Nature is the main axis of the design. The design includes three different spaces :garden and public space in ground floor and personal bedroom in first floor. The design need to think about the relationship between people in space and in nature. The project is telling the difference between nature and people which they play a role in each space. Through the specific expressions of scale, shape, material and shadow, people can feel the thick, light, bright when they walking or lying in nature.
