Book Text: Lanpara honen diseinua aztibaten kapelan inspiratuta dago, eta aztirik ospetsuenetako baten izena darama, Oz. Bere diseinua zirkulu bat baino ez diseinu-elementu gisa erabiltzeko ideian oinarrituta dago, uhindura-aldaera desberdinen bidez eraldatuta, forma bat definitzeko. Silueta ikuspuntu desberdinetatik nahiko koherentea izaten jarraitzen badu ere, kurba aldakorrek nabarmen eragiten dute pertsona batek lanparekin duen interakzioan. Inguruan mugitzeak uhinen antzeko higidura-sentsazioa sortzen dio ikusleari.

Ozz Primary Function: Zintzilikatzeko lanpara Burdinazko Saria A' Design Award irabazlea da, ondo diseinatutako sorkuntzetatik espero diren eskakizun profesional eta industrialak betetzen dituzten diseinu onei ematen zaien aitorpen prestijiotsua. Burdin-mailako irabazleek beren sortzaileen trebetasun handia, espezializazio handia, adituen ulermena eta sormen-gaitasuna erakusten dituzte. Ozz Primary Function: Zintzilikatzeko lanpara oso estimatua, miretsia eta maitea den sorkuntza izatea espero da, praktikoa eta berritzailea dena. Burdinazko Saria A' Design Award irabazi duen diseinu honek sektoreko praktika onenak integratzen ditu eta know-how-ari eta talentuari lotutako ezaugarri tekniko gaituak ditu. Ozz Primary Function: Zintzilikatzeko lanpara zehaztasunagatik errespetatua den lana da, eta mundua leku hobea egiten laguntzen duten bizi-kalitatearen hobekuntzak eskaintzeko diseinatua dagoena.

Propietate Bereziak: This lamp’s form is defined by six curves based on the circle. The top and bottom circles are perfect circles, while the four in between ones are deformed and angled to create variation. Though the overall silhouette remains similar from different viewpoints, the shifting curves affect how the lamp interacts with ambient light across its’ surface.

Produkzio Teknologia: The lamp design was made digitally and for its’ plaster mold production a prototype was 3d printed. Along with the prototype, the container that was used in order to place the prototype in and create the plaster mold, was also 3d printed. For this product, a small table that the mold can rest on, with a hole and a valve installed on its’ underside was used, in order to achieve a smooth drain out of the porcelain slip. This was done, in order to achieve the cleanest possible cast from a heavy mold, with the least amount of post clean-up.
Diseinu Erronka: Although the design and mold-making part proved to be straightforward, the biggest challenge arose during the firing of the porcelain. Finding the right temperature and firing programme for an object that has a large rim and irregular edges required a fair amount of tests.
Ikerketa: After designing the project and before jumping into its’ production, a prototype vessel was 3d printed in order to verify that an object with helical symmetry is in balance when suspended.
Inspirazioa: This lamp design draws inspiration from the form of a wizard’s hat; specifically, a tightly cropped interpretation that omits the brim and crown, leaving only the essence of its conical silhouette.
Proiektuaren Iraupena: The product was designed in early 2025 and production started in the summer of 2025. The entire process took place in Istanbul, Turkey.
Eragiketa Fluxua: The lamp’s size and opening allow for it to be used as the main form of illumination in a space. Its’ sharp wavy edges create a sense of motion, while its’ smooth but also angular form allow it to blend into many space with different interior styles.
