Central Mansion Etxebizitza-etxea Diseinuari Buruz

Central Mansion Hainanen eraikitako etxebizitza-proiektu bat da. Proiektuak 128.600 metro koadro hartzen ditu eta paisaia-bizitza ardatz batek lotutako bi multzotan antolatuta dago, ardatz bakar eta multzo anitzeko plan bat osatuz. Komunitatearen lorategi tematiko batek adin guztientzako kanpoko espazio partekatua eskaintzen du. Eraikin garaien eremuek fatxadaren irudia moldatzen dute hiri-autobidearen luzeran, eta solairu anitzeko eremuek, berriz, bizitza pribatu lasaiagoa bermatzen dute. Fatxadetan harea lodizko harri-pintura beixa erabiltzen da xanpain koloreko aluminiozko panelekin batera, Hainango koko-palmondoak gogorarazten dituztenak.
