Alina bi solairuko etxebizitza pribatua da, 480 metro koadroko azalera eraikia duena. Hainbat estilo konbinatzen dira, eta formak, koloreak eta materialak bezeroaren emozioak eta nortasuna islatzeko aukeratu dira. Metal industriala, beira, hormigoia, harria eta zura dira material nagusiak. Sarreraren aurrean kokatutako korridore beiraztatu batek hotzaren eta beroaren sarrera mugatzen du. Sistema adimendun batek gailu elektronikoak eta argiztapena kontrolatzen ditu aplikazio soil baten bidez. Ur-hornikuntzako sistema adimendun batek etxe osoko ureztapena erraztu du.
