Black and White Ikuskizun-Unitatea Diseinuari Buruz

Diseinatzaileek bezeroaren laburpena jaso zutenean, merkatu aberatsentzako ikuskizun-unitatea zen. Diseinatzaileek zure aurpegiko luxu klasikoa saihestu nahi dute. Erakusketa-unitate honek gustu-sentsazioa irudikatu behar du diseinuetan ezkutatzen diren xehetasunekin. Zuri-beltza erabili dute ikuskizun-unitaterako kolore-gai gisa, altzari solteen edo zintzilik dagoen dekorazioen azentu kolorearen kutsu batekin. Ikuskizun unitatearen ardatz nagusia sarrera da. Wow efektua sortzeko, goroldioaren artea erabili zuten.

Black and White Ikuskizun-Unitatea Brontzezko Saria A' Design Award irabazlea da, sormenak, asmamenak eta zorroztasunak bereizten dituzten diseinu bikainei ematen zaien aitorpen oso prestijiotsua. Brontze-mailako irabazleak trebetasunez beteriko eta nabarmenki sortzaileak diren artefaktuak dira, beren diseinatzaileen esperientzia zabala, irudimena eta ekimena egiaztatzen dutenak. Black and White Ikuskizun-Unitatea oso estimatua, miretsia eta maitea den objektua izatea espero da, nabarmenki profesionala eta berritzailea dena. Brontzezko Saria A' Design Award irabazi duen diseinu honek artearen, zientziaren, diseinuaren eta teknologiaren praktika onenak biltzen ditu eta xehetasunei ematen dien arretagatik bikaina da. Black and White Ikuskizun-Unitatea beharrak bikain asetzen dituen, desirak ukitzen dituen, sentimenduak xarmatzen dituen eta jakin-mina erakartzen duen lana da.

Propietate Bereziak: When we received the brief from the client, it was a show unit for the affluent market. We want to avoid the classic straight- to your- face luxury. This show unit should portray a sense of tastefulness with details hidden in the designs

We have used black and white as the color theme for the show unit with a hint of accents color from the loose furniture or the hanging decoration.

The main focal point of show unit is the entrance. In order to create the WOW effect, we have used a moss art.

Produkzio Teknologia: Our design has incorporated leather finished marble in the dry kitchen and granite cladding the wall and counted of the wet kitchen
Diseinu Erronka: The hardest part of the renovation was the access to the show unit. Imagine the area during the beginning was just a wetland, and we had to carry the materials into the site using truck with chances of it getting stuck in the mud. We are glad we managed to do it anyway and carry out the work with the teamwork from all parties.
Inspirazioa: The inspiration is coming from the surrounding of the show unit. An environment that's created for the affluent.

Proiektuaren Iraupena: The project started in year 2021 during the preliminary design stage. However due to the lock down in Malaysia, we can only carry out the renovation concurrently with the build in 2022.
Eragiketa Fluxua: The challenge of to construct this interior renovation of the show unit is that, we have to work concurrently with the main builder, as certain part of the show unit has not been constructed yet such as the toilets and the first floor.

The area was pretty secluded and muddy, with limited water resources. Thus, we have to source our water supply at site to ensure the work can be carried out.
