Sant Andrea Bizitegi Eraikina Diseinuari Buruz

Sant Andrea Brasilgo hegoaldean, Rio Grande do Sul estatuko Caxias do Sul hirian kokatutako bizitegi eraikin bat da. Eraikinak hamasei solairu ditu, solairu bakoitzeko apartamentu batekin. Apartamentu bakoitzak 200 metro koadroko azalera pribatua eta hiru suite eskaintzen ditu. Forma bertikaltasunean nabarmentzen den bolumen luze bat da, lerro bertikal eta horizontalek markatua. Hormigoi agerian utzitako plakadun balkoiek eta zurezko brise soleil paneldunek higidura sentsazioa ematen diote fatxadari. Sarrera kalerantz hedatzen den zurezko bolumen handi batek markatzen du. Zeramikazko baldosak ere erabili dira fatxadetan.

Sant Andrea Bizitegi Eraikina Brontzezko Saria A' Design Award irabazlea da, sormenak, asmamenak eta zorroztasunak bereizten dituzten diseinu bikainei ematen zaien aitorpen oso prestijiotsua. Brontze-mailako irabazleak trebetasunez beteriko eta nabarmenki sortzaileak diren artefaktuak dira, beren diseinatzaileen esperientzia zabala, irudimena eta ekimena egiaztatzen dutenak. Sant Andrea Bizitegi Eraikina oso estimatua, miretsia eta maitea den objektua izatea espero da, nabarmenki profesionala eta berritzailea dena. Brontzezko Saria A' Design Award irabazi duen diseinu honek artearen, zientziaren, diseinuaren eta teknologiaren praktika onenak biltzen ditu eta xehetasunei ematen dien arretagatik bikaina da. Sant Andrea Bizitegi Eraikina beharrak bikain asetzen dituen, desirak ukitzen dituen, sentimenduak xarmatzen dituen eta jakin-mina erakartzen duen lana da.

Propietate Bereziak: Volumetrically, the structure is constituted of an ample vertical monolith marked by your vertical and horizontal lines. The balconies with apparent concrete slabs and wood brises make the facade unique, bringing the ideia of movement to the building. The Acess is marked by a big wood volume that moves towards the street and welcomes the residents
Neurriak eta Ontziratzea: The development consists of a residential building with 16 floors, one apartment per floor. Totaling 200.00 square meters of private area in each apartment, all with three suites. Social area with more than 70.00 square meters consisting of an entrance hall, a large living room, gourmet space and balcony. Site area are 720,00 square meters and the Gross Area: 4.940,00 square meters.

Produkzio Teknologia: In this building we cherish the quality of products and finishes. For that, ceramic tiles, apparent concrete and wood brises were used in the facades.
Diseinu Erronka: The challenge of this project was make a building that was no obvious product to be launched: all alternatives, to a greater or lesser degree, presented risks and opportunities. This configuration created a vital challenge to be overcome to distinguish itself from the existing market and the products offered by other companies.
Ikerketa: The building reflects a sober and contemporary architecture. The choice for a differentiated residential product has been a conviction of the developer and the architectural firm since its earliest studies. Surprise and daring in every detail, a custom product with originality, was the premise of this project.
Inspirazioa: The idea was to make a product that would serve the target audience of the building. People who open themselves to new proposals that value social interaction, are constantly seeking innovation and design value in all the products they consume.
Proiektuaren Iraupena: The project it is located in Caxias do Sul, a town in the State of Rio Grande do Sul, in the extreme south of Brazil. The project is currently under construction.
Eragiketa Fluxua: The better result and perform pass by the idea of reduce the environmental impacts, and the building count with some solutions: Energy efficiency, conscious consuption of water, termoacustic confort, discharge correct and recycling, photovoltaic panels, eletric car charger.
