Selfors Etxea Diseinuari Buruz

Selfors 1960ko hamarkadako etxe modernista bat birgaitzearen bidez sortutako etxea da. Jatorrizko etxea partzialki aldatu zen 1980ko hamarkadan gehitutako eraikin prefabrikatu batekin. Diseinu berriak lehenagoko eraikinaren izaera modernista errespetatzen du. Hiru solairuko etxeak 200 metro koadro ditu, eta zentroan dagoen eskailera baten inguruan antolatuta dago, solairuen artean berezko aireztapen-tximinia gisa jarduten duena. Hegoaldeko fatxada beiraztatuak eguzki-argia biltzen du. Jatorrizko egurrezko egitura berrerabili zen, eta fatxada berri bat eta leiho berriak gehitu ziren. Kanpoko espazio babestuak etxea inguratzen dute.
