The Hub Australiako Victoria estatuko Healesville herrian turismorako diseinatutako erabilera mistoko garapen bat da. Proiektuak ondare-merkatu bat, zentro epikureo bat, garagardotegi bat, hotel bat, jatetxe bat eta ekitaldi-zentro bat uztartzen ditu. Oinezkoentzako lotune batek sei hektareako lursailean zehar erabilera guztiak konektatzen ditu. Eraikinak topografiari jarraituz maila-jaitsieran antolatuta daude, eta lur-materialek garapena inguruko paisaiarekin harremanetan jartzen dute.
