Suntory PepsiCo Office Bulego Barnealdeko Diseinua Diseinuari Buruz

Suntory PepsiCo bulegoa 2.100 metro koadroko lantoki bat da, Ho Chi Minh hirian (Vietnam) kokatua. Diseinuak ibai baten ibilbidea imitatzen du sabaiko argiztapen sistema kurbatu baten eta banaketa-panelen ereduaren bidez, hiri dinamiko baten baitan giro lasaia sortuz. Dong Son antzinako danborraren ereduek eta banbuaren erabilerak Vietnamgo kulturara egiten dute erreferentzia. Plana lantoki malgu hibrido bat da, ohiko lanpostuak ere mantentzen dituena. Eremu bereiziek lankidetza, ezagutzaren partekatzea eta kontzentrazioa behar duten zereginak bultzatzen dituzte.

Suntory PepsiCo Office Bulego Barnealdeko Diseinua Burdinazko Saria A' Design Award irabazlea da, ondo diseinatutako sorkuntzetatik espero diren eskakizun profesional eta industrialak betetzen dituzten diseinu onei ematen zaien aitorpen prestijiotsua. Burdin-mailako irabazleek beren sortzaileen trebetasun handia, espezializazio handia, adituen ulermena eta sormen-gaitasuna erakusten dituzte. Suntory PepsiCo Office Bulego Barnealdeko Diseinua oso estimatua, miretsia eta maitea den sorkuntza izatea espero da, praktikoa eta berritzailea dena. Burdinazko Saria A' Design Award irabazi duen diseinu honek sektoreko praktika onenak integratzen ditu eta know-how-ari eta talentuari lotutako ezaugarri tekniko gaituak ditu. Propietate Bereziak: This is the Suntory PepsiCo office interior design created to imitate the flow of the river such as the curved ceiling light system or pattern of partition that uphold the calm and cozy feeling amid the very dynamic city.
Across the office, ADP feature the company core values along with the Vietnamese elements. The pattern from ancient Dong Son Drum and the bamboo materials was used to highlight the wonderful journey of Suntory PepsiCo in Viet Nam and their commitment to the Vietnamese people.

Produkzio Teknologia: The Suntory PepsiCo headquarters delivers an immersive brand experience and the company’s core values that support employees to connect better with the company. This approach combines the calm, elegant mood board with the branding colors, premium material, tailored details that promote the connection of employees and the organization. In addition, ADP leverage the diversity of Suntory PepsiCo products to create inspiring areas featuring images of the products which encourages collaboration, interaction and creativity.
Diseinu Erronka: We proposed a solution that helps staff easily adapt to the activity-based working which is a modern workstyle in Viet Nam.
Ikerketa: The ADP-Architects team conducted the workplace index survey which measured the performance of the old office to optimize the design to meet all the requirements of the aim users.
Inspirazioa: The design of the Suntory PepsiCo Office is inspired by the company's spirit - the ‘Yatter Minahare’ which is the ambition to dream big, take challenges, and never give up, Suntory PepsiCo wants to strengthen and maintain the leading position in the beverage industry, pursue sustainable development objectives and bring benefits to not only employees and business partners but also contribute to the communities where the company do business and operations.
Proiektuaren Iraupena: The Unilever Homebase project started in September 2021 and finished in December 2021 on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floor of Sheraton Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam
Eragiketa Fluxua: The Suntory PepsiCo Viet Nam office is a hybrid agile workplace offering diverse choices as to where and how people work while still retaining some traditional workstations to help staff easily adapt to the new working model.
With the focus on human development, ADP builds up space where all activities are supported, from cross-team collaboration, sharing knowledge, brainstorming to the private task that needs great concentration. Smart technologies are applied to the office such as the meeting room booking system that upgrades the employees' working experience.
