Etxeak 198 metro koadro inguru ditu eta sarrera, egongela, jangela, sukaldea, balkoia, zortzi logela eta lau bainugela biltzen ditu. Banaketak eta zirkulazioak Feng Shui tradizio txinatarraren printzipioak eta familiako kide bakoitzaren eguneroko ohiturak jarraitzen dituzte. Marmolak, zur-metalak, inportatutako metal xafla italiarrek eta titanioz estalitako metalak ematen diete forma partekatutako guneei.
