Teosest Sunshine Villa Elamu siseruumide disain
Sunshine Villa on kolmekorruselise tänavaga piirneva maja elamu siseruumide disain. Sisetiigi pindala on 300 ruutmeetrit ja aed 261 ruutmeetrit. Trepikoda viidi tänavapoolsele küljele, mistõttu elutuba ja magamistoad avanevad sisehoovi aeda. Uus planeering vähendab mürarikka tänava mõju elamispindadele. Trepikoja äärne helikindel klaas ning suur põrandast laeni ulatuv klaasuks suurendavad loomuliku valguse hulka. Elutuba ühendub aiaga mitmest kohast ning aias asub kaks puhkeala.
