Jinmao Palace on 550-ruutmeetrine näidiskorteri sisearhitektuuri projekt. Stiil on kaasaegne rahvusvaheline luksus, mis ühendab kvaliteedi ja mugavuse. Inspiratsiooni on ammutatud Itaalia elukvaliteedist ning 1950. aastatel Itaaliast levinud modernistlikust esteetikast. The project uses a professional modeling team to model the real materials in the company's product package at a high cost.
