Teosest Intrigo Hübriidhüperauto

Intrigo on hübriidhüperauto, mis on välja töötatud virtuaalse prototüübina. Intrigo ühendab endas V12 mootori, mille pöörded ulatuvad 9500 p/min-ni, ja struktuurselt integreeritud 400 kW elektrimootori. Neli elektrimootorit, mis paiknevad mõlemal teljel, annavad kogu väljundvõimsuseks 1130 hobujõudu. Aktiivne aerodünaamika tagab allasurvejõu ja jahutuse, ning kere on kujundatud madala õhutakistusteguriga. Regeneratiivne pidurdus pikendab sõiduulatust akutoitel. Panoraamne katuseluuk täiendab minimalistlikku disaini. Kujundus ühendab klassikalised proportsioonid tänapäevase tehnoloogiaga.

Unikaalsed omadused: Featuring a classic 9,500 rpm V12 engine at its core, and a structurally integrated 400 Kw electric engine to boot, this hybrid supercar was born for driving. The Intrigo features active aero for its downforce and cooling, as well as some of the lowest drag coefficients ever seen on a supercar. Moreover, it features regenerative braking, allowing for extended range on battery use. Lastly, it contains a panoramic sunroof, for minimalist styling with maximum effect.

Tootmistehnoloogia: Intrigo project is planned as a virtual prototype to test materials and technologies.
Disainiülesanne: Certainly, the largest hill to climb concerning the design was fitting all modes of power into the design, whilst featuring adequate cooling, as well as a dynamic suspension system. Inserting such design elements into the design was no small feat, especially with the importance of ensuring safety and ease of repairability within the design. As such, we designed the front end to be safer in collisions, balanced the weight of the car, and placed several airbags around the cockpit to ensure drivers are protected in a crash.
Uurimistöö: A continued research process formed the basis of my project. The process had two parts: an individual analysis and extensive sketches of ideas through CAD software in which out-of-the-box designs could be pioneered. The concepts were developed through probing texts, articles, interviews with experts, and personal experiences. In this case, the objective was to ensure the designs were as abstract and futuristic as possible, whilst at the same time being practical and trail-blazing.
Inspiratsioon: Within the world of supercars today, there are a plethora of designs and concepts utilizing gas engines or electric power. However, the concept of a hybrid car is a path not well travelled. Giving the driver the ability of either using gas power, electric power, or both simultaneously, is a sense of freedom and control perfect for touring. Additionally, combining classic designs and styling with modern-day technology and aerodynamics was a design philosophy incorporated into this project. Much of what was developed before we take for granted, as at times current designs are not as robust or simple. As such, we wanted to combine the best of both worlds, and design a car that pays homage to the past, and breaks the mold for the future.
Projekti kestus: Work on the project began and remained in Montecatini Terme, because of the pandemic. The location had helped to inspire critical aspects of the design. The project began in 2021, and was completed in roughly one year later. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, project duties slowed down, yet ideas on the project and its market impact were constantly analyzed.
