Scotiabank es un proyecto de diseño de interiores corporativos para una oficina de 12.000 metros cuadrados en Ciudad de México. La distribución emplea espacios abiertos para crear un ambiente de trabajo tranquilo y ordenado. El mármol, el vidrio, la madera, las alfombras y el mobiliario se combinan para definir las distintas áreas. Predominan los colores cálidos, mientras que los tonos vivos en muros, columnas y alfombras refuerzan la identidad corporativa. La luz natural y la vegetación favorecen el bienestar de los empleados. Las áreas de trabajo en equipo fomentan la colaboración y la interacción. El diseño también responde a criterios sustentables, entre ellos un bajo consumo energético y el uso de materiales estandarizados.

- The design of these offices takes into account the theme of sustainable operation, which includes low energy consumption, light levels below standard, and the standardization of materials. The finishes play an integral part in the project, combining elements in a way that complements each other. We incorporate marble, carpets, glass, wood, and furniture to highlight the transformation of different spaces. Overall, warm colors dominate the project, but bright tones were used at key points (walls, columns, carpets) according to a color palette that unifies the image and reinforces the corporate identity.

- The challenge of creating a modern, functional, and pleasant environment was overcome by offering employees the warmth of a home that fosters the development of new habits, making friends, engaging in activities, collaborating in teamwork spaces, and freely navigating the area. A fresh, contemporary, and innovative image has been established, both in the configuration of carpets, ceilings, and furniture, as well as in various settings that incorporate natural light and greenery to promote health and happiness, leading to personal satisfaction.
