Greenwich es un proyecto de diseño de interiores residencial para un pequeño apartamento en Taiwán. Un altillo amplía la superficie útil dentro de una huella limitada. Los elementos de vidrio y hierro permiten que la luz solar llegue a cada rincón. Esbeltos pasamanos de acero y una pasarela-escalera delimitan las distintas zonas sin renunciar a la amplitud visual. El diseño evoca las escaleras de hierro de Manhattan, donde el propietario vivió en su día. Los materiales principales son el tablero de partículas, la pintura mineral al agua y el pavimento de composite de piedra y plástico (SPC), elegidos por su bajo contenido en formaldehído y su baja volatilidad.
