Acerca de Yearning for Home Diseño de interiores residenciales

Yearning for Home es un interior residencial que también admite el uso laboral. La distribución original se abrió, dejando un dormitorio conectado con una habitación secundaria, de modo que el espacio se percibe más amplio. Una pintura de cemento gris reviste el muro del televisor y las puertas ocultas del dormitorio, el trastero y el baño de invitados, y muestra capas cambiantes de luz y sombra. Las formas curvas suavizan las vigas y los pilares, mientras que la iluminación lineal queda embebida para las horas nocturnas. Una barra y una mesa de comedor dispuesta en diagonal funcionan como superficies de trabajo. Los muros conservados albergan la colección de arte del cliente.

Propiedades Únicas: The overall spatial broke the rules of traditional residences by knocking through the initial base; only one bedroom area that connects the secondary bedroom is built, allowing the stricture to be more expansive. The private area applied a trap door and cement paints in shades of grey to reflect the television wall of the living room. This space is required for commercial use; therefore, the public area is planned using diagonal methods and placed with counters and dining tables as working tables, allowing the user to maintain a private area within the open-end space.
Dimensiones y Embalaje: Applied with curve designs in many ways to soften beam-columns and area division; also, the mottled grey cement paints are used on the television wall towards the trap doors of the bedroom, the storage room, and the guest bathroom. The cement paint also shows different layers of lights and shadows according to the angle of the sunlight. The sofa wall is intermediated with a semi wooden cabinet that embedded wires and electric sockets to satisfy storage needs. Curved designs are applied and extended throughout the television wall and the beam columns.

Desafío de Diseño: To perfectly match the client beloved 20-times-20 sized tiles, the height of the counter is designed to be 80 centimeters. This ingenuity has perfectly fit the sizes of most imported tiles, while the appropriate height has balanced the public area visually without creating abrupt and towering feelings.
Investigación: The entryway is embedded with wooden and hardware-made shelves to hang up outer clothes, helmets, and others; a low wooden stool is placed aside to make the shoe-wearing progress more comfortable. Commercial demands are required; therefore, the public area is equipped with two working areas. Embedded electric sockets on the floor have allowed users to work more freely and conveniently. A hallowed area is designed below the counter side; it is specially planned for the client to place the robot vacuum. The ingenuity has allowed the robot to clean the public area without being restricted freely.
Inspiración: Instead of the traditional ways for spatial arrangements, this design is made as an open-end space. The preserved walls, the trap door design, the curves, and the color contrast echo each other; meanwhile, the expansive window has brought in sunlight that outlines the pureness of white, grey, and tones of wood. The designer has given back simplicity to this gallery-like residence, allowing each vista and corner to be appreciated and enjoyed by users.
Duración del Proyecto: The project started in April 2020 and finished in August 2020 in Daxi Township, Taoyuan City.
Flujo de Operación: The public area is designed as an open-end area, while a counter and a diagonal dining table slash working table are placed as the center of the room. The walls of the space are also preserved for the client art collection to be hung up. Arc-shaped designs have prevented the dull feeling of right angles, and linear lightings are embedded to create a lively atmosphere during the night. Furthermore, cabinets are placed along the traffic flow behind the sofa to develop spatial transparency; the cabinet is an intermediary and a container to store books.
