A8zk Steam Combi es una cocina con horno integrada para las cocinas domésticas modernas. Las funciones de campana extractora, placa de cocción, vaporera y horno se combinan en una sola unidad, que admite 17 métodos de cocción y, a la vez, ahorra espacio. Un sistema inteligente de sincronización entre la campana y la placa permite el manejo con una sola tecla, y un panel de pantalla táctil ofrece seis niveles de velocidad de aire. Un deflector de humos gira 90 grados para limitar el desbordamiento del humo, y un sistema de separación de grasa y humo de cinco etapas extrae el 98 por ciento del aceite presente en los vapores. El cristal negro y el acero inoxidable plateado conforman un cuerpo simétrico y ergonómico.

Desafío de Diseño: In Chinese cuisine, there are 26 cooking methods to make the best taste of food. However, as the kitchen area increasingly shrinks and the modern family kitchen is popularized, it is difficult to use Chinese cooking methods in the kitchen. To solve this problem, this product needed to be designed to be modern and suitable for Chinese use, and this was the difficult part of the design.
Investigación: It is designed with a central symmetrical aesthetic, with perfect symmetry between left and right, reflecting a hint of tranquility, which fits perfectly with the Chinese pursuit of introspection and simplicity. The body dimensions are designed with reference to ergonomics, creating a comfortable space for cooking.

In China, the colour black is similar to iron and has been used since ancient times to symbolise "rigidity and perseverance". The choice of black crystal glass as the main colour reflects the Chinese attitude of calmness and restraint and a strong will to live.
Inspiración: In Chinese cuisine, there are 26 cooking methods to make the best taste of food. However, as the kitchen area increasingly shrinks and the modern family kitchen is popularized, it is difficult to use Chinese cooking methods in the kitchen.
Duración del Proyecto: The project started in August 2019 in Shengzhou and finished in April 2020 in Shengzhou.
Flujo de Operación: A8zk is equipped with an intelligent ventilator-cooker linkage system which enables the one-key linkage. The touch screen control panel with 6-shfit air-speed control allows the user to operate the equipment visually and handily. The smoke baffle can be turned by 90 degrees to fully exhaust all smoke and prevent smoke overflow; the first-of-its-kind five-stage oil-fume separation technology can extract 98% oil in the fume, which significantly improves smoke extraction efficiency.
