La libro prezentas 8 collages kaj ŝlosilvortojn derivitajn de bilda serĉa algoritmo. La vortoj estas ĉiu presita aparte sur spurta papero, por ke la spektanto povu vidi aŭ nur la kolumon, aŭ la kombinaĵon de ĝi kun ĝiaj kapvortoj.

Press Artlibro estas gajninto de la Bronza A' Design Award, tre prestiĝa rekono donata al elstaraj dezajnoj distingitaj per kreemo, ingenieco kaj sagaco. La Bronzaj gajnintoj estas abunde lertaj kaj frape kreemaj artefaktoj, kiuj aŭtentikigas la vastan sperton, imagpovon kaj elturniĝemon de siaj dezajnistoj. Oni atendas, ke Press Artlibro estu tre estimata, admirata kaj ŝatata objekto, kiu estas rimarkinde profesia kaj nova. Ĉi tiu dezajno gajninta la Bronzan A' Design Award enkorpigas plej bonajn praktikojn en arto, scienco, dezajno kaj teknologio, kaj estas bonega pro sia atento al detaloj. Press Artlibro bonege kontentigas bezonojn, tuŝas dezirojn, ĉarmas sentojn kaj allogas scivolemon.

Unikaj Ecoj: This art book features 8 collages and the keywords derived from the algorithm. The keywords are each printed separately on tracing paper so that the viewer can see either just the collage, or the combination of it with its keywords. Square paper allows the viewer to see the collage and words equally from 8 different angles. As typography, the title PRESS is creatively arranged in the seams, etc. to conjure the image of the roller printing machine that was used for making the collage.
Dimensioj kaj Pakado: Width 210mm x Height 210mm x Depth 10mm 40pages 100g
In this book, plain papers and tracing papers are alternately used.
Etikedoj: art book, jewelry art, PRESS, artificial intelligence, book design, graphic design
Produkta Teknologio: Stretchy paper and acrylic paints were used in making collages with an aim to minimize personal taste or intention of the jewelry artist as much as possible. Also, keywords linked to each collage were obtained using the Google image search algorithm.
Dizajna Defio: We printed the keywords derived from the algorithm separately on tracing paper so that the viewer can see either just the collage, or the combination of it with its keywords.

We used square paper as it allows the viewer to see the collage and words equally from 8 different angles.

Out of 40 collages, we carefully selected 8 collages in terms of its wide range of keywords and uniqueness in shape.
Esplorado: To explore a question that our mental association process is now more dependent on online searching rather than our personal experiences or sensibilities.
This art book presents the viewer an opportunity to see both abstract collages and the keywords derived from the algorithm, which makes them realize their act of seeing and associating is changing due to the rise of artificial intelligence.
Inspiro: This art book was designed to feature the view of a jewelry artist who was confronted with a question that our mental association process is now more dependent on online searching rather than our personal experiences or sensibilities. She uploaded images of her own collage onto an image search engine to create a list of keywords through an algorithm. Will we blindly trust the search results? Or can we accept the differences, and find clues to develop a new way of seeing?
Projekta Daŭro: The project started in February 2019 in Tokyo. As a deliverable, this art book was published on June 27, 2019.

Just after its publication, we joined the Tokyo Art Book Fair 2019 in July. More exhibitions are coming soon.
