Ĉi tiu projekto temis pri la renovigo de loĝejo el la 1990-aj jaroj, kiu origine prezentis emblematan altkvalitan arkitekturon de brazila dezajno el tiu jardeko. Konsiderante la gravecon de la arkitekturo, la interveno limiĝis al la internaĵoj, celante konservi la karakteron de la 1990-aj jaroj dum aktualigado de la spacoj laŭ nuntempaj normoj. La aliro konsideris la originan dezajnan intencon, plibonigante funkciecon kaj komforton sen ŝanĝi ĝian arkitekturan esencon.
