Το Κάστρο του Παραμυθιού είναι το εσωτερικό ενός διπλοκατοικημένου διαμερίσματος που βρίσκεται στον πέμπτο όροφο μιας πολυκατοικίας. Η αρχική διαρρύθμιση ήταν κλειστή και σκοτεινή, γι' αυτό αφαιρέθηκαν και ανακατασκευάστηκαν τα χωρίσματα ώστε να διαμορφωθεί ένας ψηλός χώρος υποδοχής. Ο διάδρομος μετακινήθηκε προς την εξωτερική πλευρά και το καθιστικό επεκτάθηκε οριζόντια μέσα από μια αψιδωτή στοά και γραμμές πλέγματος που επιτρέπουν την είσοδο του φυσικού φωτός. Τμήμα της οροφής αφαιρέθηκε για να αυξηθεί το κατακόρυφο ύψος και να δημιουργηθεί μια ημι-ανοιχτή σοφίτα στον δεύτερο όροφο, η οποία λειτουργεί ως προέκταση του γραφείου μελέτης. Τέσσερα αψιδωτά παράθυρα στον τοίχο της σοφίτας φιλοξενούν έργα τέχνης.

- Μοναδικά Χαρακτηριστικά
- This case is 5F duplex apartment. We remove the dark feeling of closed pattern by removal and reconstruction to construct tall and majestic hall, and so sense of space is improved by 4 times. The beauty of light and shadow deriving from opera box, air gallery, and European arcade lines are fused with the original life function to create a rich life situation and European style art is introduced and details are planned to achieve a high quality house worth of savoring.

- Three hierarchical landscape changes are provided in the starting area of the hallway upwards along the steps of the stair, spatial vision is extended by combination of French windows and double door in the arcade and neat grating shadow is sprinkled indoor to become metaphorical transition between the exterior and the interior.
3 different kinds of stone are paved in the interior to embody introverted delicate space texture. First carved white marble is paved to serve as a foil to the base of the life stage; white marble is paved on the television wall and leathered, and the television wall seems gentle, delicate and grandiose together with the gloss of titanium trim strip; the venation of surface texture is strengthened by specially treated summerwood tree stone, and an iron frame is provided as exhibition function. The light can penetrate the thin stone to show the halo trace of the time. - Ετικέτες

- To make the living room more open, we choose to move the hallway to outdoors and horizontally extend the living room by the extension of the arcade and the grating lines to introduce sunshine and achieve the beauty of light and shadow. On the other hand, ceiling is locally removed to upward increase the vertical height of the space, achieve the majestic shape of the hall, and form a semi-open air attic at second floor.
The semi-open attic may be used as the extended interior of the study, and after the translucent screen is lowered, official business may be discussed with guests. The opera box function is fused and transparent glass rail is used to reduce the estrangement with the public space. 4 arch windows are constructed in the wall facing the attic and used for placing different artwork which provides different enjoyment interest by day and at night. - Σχεδιαστική Πρόκληση
- As the original interior pattern is relatively closed, the challenge encountered by us in this case is how to create broad sense of space, and create luxurious majestic space momentum, and how to properly arrange the function of elevated space.

- The ceiling is locally removed and the hallway is moved to the exterior to horizontally and vertically expand the drawing room to achieve the beauty of light and shadow, and form the majestic hall. The semi-open air attic is constructed at second floor to become the extended interior of the study. The opera box function is fused and transparent glass rail is used to reduce the estrangement with the public space. 4 arch windows are constructed in the wall facing the attic and used for placing different artwork which provides different enjoyment interest by day and at night.
- Έμπνευση
- We use the “castle” of fairy tale. In addition to improvement of restrictions of existing space, we hope this space may state the more stories of the occupants, and perfectly fuses European culture and art into life to inspire the rich imagination and drama of life, art and nature.
