Η σχεδιαζόμενη τοποθεσία βρίσκεται στο πίσω μέρος μιας ήσυχης κατοικημένης περιοχής και γύρω της είναι πυκνά χτισμένα σπίτια. Ένας ψηλός φράκτης εγκαταστάθηκε γύρω από την τοποθεσία, τα εξωτερικά παράθυρα περιορίστηκαν στο ελάχιστο και κάθε περιοχή χωρίστηκε σε στρώματα διαφορετικού ύψους με κέντρο ένα κεντρικό φωταγωγό.
