About Architect and Manager Of Own Business
The creativity and innovation of Joannes Petersen draws on inspiration from a variety of sources. Amongst these are the raw force of the Faroese nature, where ocean shapes finds its expression in his simplified modern design and architecture. Thus keeping a dialogue between nature, architecture and design open.
Social interaction, humor and music are other important factors in his work. By which functionality, in terms of use of space, environmental sustainability and developing potential, finds a human and playful component.
